Description complète
As is tradition with older houses an outside staircase leads towards the living quarters on the first floor. The entrance door opens to a corridor with three rooms in a row on the one side, a utility/storage room on the other side and a kitchen plus bathroom at the end.
The whole house needs renovation but the corner room was done up a little for the comfort of the last resident and has even central heating. What strikes though are the original features in the house like the wooden doors and windows and the wooden ceilings. Once restored in their old shiny beauty they can turn this house into a mansion again.
The middle room has a wide balcony attached and could be turned into a living room with grandeur.
Kitchen and bathroom are present but no more than that. Also for this reason it could be worthwhile to connect the first floor with the ground floor through an inside staircase.
The ground floor originally was the storage place and is divided in three rooms. Doors and windows are still original and the straight forward plan of this floor gives ample opportunity to redesign it as a kitchen / bathroom / guest room combination.
If the ground floor would stay on its own it could also be turned into a small guest house.
The roof of the house was renovated about 10 years ago.
