Here you will find a very nice villa surrounded by greenery and with a private pool of 6 x 3.5m. There is room for sun loungers around the pool and a magically cozy veranda with afternoon and evening sun. Here you can really enjoy life!
Today the carport is used as a dining area with protection from the sun, but you can just as easily keep your car there. On the plot there are also storage rooms and pallet collars for your own cultivation. There is also a beautifully decorated staircase up to the roof terrace which is a wonderful oasis with an oriental touch. There is room for both a large dining table and lounge furniture as well as an outdoor kitchen.
Inside the house there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The living room connects to the dining room and has an open plan with the kitchen. In the living room there is a stove that can be fired with wood or pellets. It provides a very cozy warmth during the winter. Glass doors to the veranda provide a lot of light and there is direct access to the pool.
AC is in the living room and both bedrooms and has both heating and cooling.
The Eagles Nest area is popular and actually belongs to Miguel de Salinas which means it is always clean and tidy. There is also a communal pool with green area that you can use. The fee for the community is only €50 per year.
As the owner is moving to another residence, we do not know how much furniture will remain in the house. This can be negotiated at the time of sale.
