This model villa starts at 145 m² and can be expanded to any size. There is no upper limit – anything is possible. The design, layout and dimensions are fully customised; prices vary depending on the size and features chosen.

The price includes a building plot worth €30,000 in areas such as Pinoso, La Romana and Jumilla, or the full value of the land in Catral. Electricity is provided by a sustainable solar system along with a 10,000 litre water storage tank. Public electricity and water connections are also available in some areas. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning, hot and cold air and is equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances, including an oven, fan, hob, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All bathrooms are fully equipped and each bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The outdoor area is an integral part of the design: a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters and a 60 m² terrace made of printed concrete invite you to relax and enjoy. The property also includes a septic tank, a fenced plot of up to 3,000 m², a private entrance gate and a driveway paved with “zahorra” (a type of paving) that is 25 meters long and 5 meters wide.
