Athlon by Aldar is Dubai’s first active wellness community, created in partnership with Manchester City and designed to make movement a natural part of life. Designed using sports design principles in collaboration with wellness experts, Athlon seamlessly combines walking and cycling routes with lush green parks and social spaces. The residential complexes are divided into nine clusters: Milon, Zeston, Chion, Vitalon, Olympia, Delphi, Theon, Diagon and Leon. The project includes luxury villas and townhouses from 3 to 6 bedrooms, which are specifically designed to be part of a dynamic life, providing each resident with easy access to the unique activities and lifestyle of the community.
