The Property, 4 bed, 4.5 bath Villa

The villa offers privacy and space for outdoor enjoyment. Constructed between 2003 and 2006 and refurbished in 2023, Zephyr Hill combines timeless design with modern comforts.

The three-story layout features two identical primary suites with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms on the first floor. The main floor features the kitchen, open concept living and dining area, a powder room and an office.
