Two stone houses, traditional in design yet modern and contemporary, have been built by the present owner in this very pretty area between Giannades and Ermones.
One house has been completed and is used for holidays by its owner, while the other is an unfinished shell waiting for the internal layout to be finalised.
The finished house has three bedrooms, a shower room and a separate WC. The living area is open plan, with a kitchen at one end, dining in the centre and sitting room at the other. A modern wood burning stove heats the room and most of the rest of the house.
Fan coil heating has also been installed to provide other heating.
Large patio windows overlook the garden and a pretty wisteria covered pergola provides shade.
The houses are linked, but the layout provides privacy to each house. The land surrounding the properties is flat and fenced, and the scenery around is lush and very tranquil.
Ermones beach and the year round village of Giannades are just a short drive away.
