The entire complex consists of only three houses, each with 5 apartments with sea views.

Each apartment building has underground garages as well as cellars for each apartment.

Clients have access to a heated swimming pool, which is shared by the entire complex and therefore only for 15 apartments.

Each apartment will be finished to a higher standard, including security entrance doors, aluminum windows, external and internal window sills, interior doors, plaster and white paint.

This magical place has absolutely nothing to do with Croatian mass tourism. You don’t have to worry about crowded beaches, streets or noise. However, within a 5-minute walk from the house there are several excellent restaurants, such as the renowned Oliveo restaurant, which attracts people from far and wide, as well as a few cafes, shops and smaller supermarkets.

With its perfect location in a location with beautiful views and proximity to the sea, it will suit both people with an active lifestyle and those who prefer views of undisturbed nature and peace.

The nearest larger town is Rogoznica, where the Marina Frapa port is located, which has over 500 places for sailboats or yachts. There are typical local morning markets in the town every day.
