Description complète
We are proud to offer for sale this lovely open-plan townhouse in the centre of Salinas, near Sax, in the centre of the village.
As you walk in from the quiet semi-pedestrianised street, you are greeted with large double doors, one of which has a glass panel that can be installed for security but with additional light. The corridor leads to the living room, with the ground-floor bedroom. This bedroom has had the end wall removed, allowing more light to flood into the living area, but a screen or curtain could be installed here to bring back the privacy of the bedroom if required. The large, open plan living area is unusual for these homes and makes the house special.
From the living room, there are stairs to the upper floor, which is made of two bedrooms and a landing. The rear bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, small outside space and walk-in closet. The landing area currently has further beds, but this could, in my opinion, make for a further en-suite for the other bedroom, and still leave room for an open space office, games area, etc.
Back downstairs, there is a kitchen area, which does require an update to a modern kitchen layout, a downstairs WC, and a corridor to the small courtyard, ideal for the storage of wood etc, for the fire.
If you are looking for an ideal home that's full of character, but you can add your very own stamp to it, then this would be perfect.
Please watch the video to understand the layout better.
