In the plot there´s a thoroughly registered ruin that can be rebuilt and expanded, having also the possibility of building a new edifice meant to be inhabited and with generous areas, since the plot is within the urban area of the village, a location where it´s viable to build.
Past it´s limits, there´s a forest area extending further on where it´s no longer possible to approve new constructions.
It has a good access by a tarmac road that goes up to the plot; further on, the path is through a beaten track road amidst the forest, therefore without frequent traffic. These two factors assure privacy and peace.

In the central part of the plot there´s a plain area, with arable and fertile soil, excellent for small-scale agriculture. On the sides there´s a variety of native trees, such as beautiful oaks and imposing cork trees.
At 1 Km away, you find the village o Graça, the parish´s main village, with basic services, such as a weekly market, medical centre, elementary school, supermarket, restaurant and cafes. Less than 10 min. by car you´ll have the towns of Pedrógão Grande, Figueiró dos Vinhos or Castanheira de Pêra, as well as the Cabril or Bouçã´s dams and also various river beaches.
