The Apartment

This very special ground floor apartment has a great location within the resort. The property is close to the main reception and facilities without compromising on privacy and serenity. One unique feature of this apartment is that it is tucked away, on ground floor with a front garden, terrace and plunge pool.

The apartment enjoys lovely marina and sea views.

Upon entrance into the hallway there are two bedrooms either side. The Master king has a walk in closet with a safe, TV in cabinet and sliding double doors onto the large terrace with a view of the marina and the sea. Furthermore the ensuite bathroom has both a bath tub and a separate shower, twin vanities and w.c.

The second bedroom has twin beds, sliding doors onto the front entrance terrace. Additionally there are fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room with w.c. and w.b.

There is a guest powder room which also houses a built in unit with a washing machine and drier.

The living/dinning and kitchen are open plan and lead directly out onto the private, large terrace and garden.

HOA is US$1,196.84 per month and includes 24-hour security, grounds maintenance and landscaping, refuse collection and disposal, daily pool cleaning & pool deck freshen, ongoing maintenance and general building exterior upkeep, Harbour and dock cleaning, daily freshen and maintenance, operation of the floating bridge, all administrative costs and fees related to the management of the property, common property utility costs, homeowners cable & internet, property insurance for common areas and buildings & hurricane insurance for all structures.

Insurance is US $3,788.24 annually; content insurance is to the owner's account.

Homeowners entitlement includes a 25% discount at F&B outlets & on Spa treatments.

Homeowners also have the option to place the unit in the hotel's Rental Pool short-term or on long-term rental therefore giving a return on investment.
