The land consists of 3,8 hectares with 660 ancient olive trees. The regular harvest is about 1500 kg of olives.
The daily operations on the farm are managed by a specialized company with all certificates necessary to operate and manage the farm.

There is a public bus service every hour from Loreto to Pescara and the beach.
