Everything is within a couple of minutes walk.
The apartment is on the ground floor, but as the block is raised from the pavement there are seven small steps leading up to the front door as can be seen in the photos. There is loads of on-street parking all around.
Entering the apartment, the lounge/diner is on the left of the L-Shaped hallway and then the second bedroom, a single bedroom, followed by the kitchen and then the bathroom and finally a very large master bedroom.
The bathroom and kitchen are already fairly modern and do not require any work, the kitchen has a door to the outside space known as " a gallery" where there is space for a washing machine and a dryer etc. The space is not suitable for sunbathing.
