In a dominant and super panoramic position overlooking the sea, Villa Agave is a splendid villa of approximately 150 m2 set among the red granite rocks with land of approximately 900 m2 with swimming pool, hydromassage, and large terraces from which to admire the pure and crystalline waters of the sea.

The nearest supermarket and a restaurant are a 3-minute drive away. You can reach the sandy beach "Li Cossi" by driving for about 3 minutes to the car park from where a beautiful panoramic path starts. You can also easily reach some particular rocky bays, which represent a dream for snorkelling lovers.
Other beaches such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa are easily reachable by car.
In Costa Paradiso there are two supermarkets, several restaurants and some bars, as well as other smaller shops and a pharmacy, which are open during the season.
The closest villages and towns are Trinita d'Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa).
In the Gallura region there are several places of interest, suitable for hiking and cycling for example: Luogosanto, Tempio Pausania, and also the famous "Valle della Luna" near Aggius.
