Entrance:
is into a raised vestibule with a spectacular view of the sea and bay below.

To the left is an open-plan contemporary Kitchen with an electric induction hob and oven and double sink with a built-in water filtration system. The work surfaces are granite with stainless steel splashbacks. There is a dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer with an ice maker and a microwave.

Bedrooms:
Also to the left of the entrance is a small bedroom/study/maid’s room. This shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the adjacent Guest bedroom. This bedroom has a King Size bed, A/C, built-in wardrobes, and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors with stunning views out over the pool and the Caribbean Sea.

To the right of the entrance is the Master bedroom. This spacious room has a super king bed, A/C and ceiling fan. There is a walk-in wardrobe with a safe and again the glass floor-to-ceiling sliding doors showcase the wonderful view and give access to the patio and pool.

The ensuite bathroom has a large shower, a bath and w.c. and w.b.

From the raised entrance area there are steps down either side to the dining room and living area.

The glass sliding doors lead directly out to the patio with a barbeque and dining/lounging area. An awning over the patio provides shade by the pool.

The pool utilizes salt conversion which feels chlorine free. The laundry room can be accessed from the path leading to the cottage. Here there is a w.c, for access from the pool and 2 washing machines.

The coconut cottage is situated in the garden and is accessed via a wooden verandah. The cottage has A/C, a super king bed, a fridge and a seating area. A wet room with a rainfall shower, w.c. and w.b. is located to the right of the cottage.

The beautiful surrounding gardens have an abundance of fruit trees from mangoes to avocados.
