b) If included in a housing project, the indices that apply to construction are now considered (50% implementation and 68% construction) but with a limit of 250mts for each store located in the housing block.

III - Allows construction of up to 4 floors (with basement as long as it does not exceed 2.40mts in height) and 49 dwellings with a maximum construction area of 7,325mts2 and implementation of 5,385mts2.
