On the ground floor you will find the living room with the fireplace, a Medieval-style dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A home cinema system and a gaming system are available. The kitchen area opens out to the barbecue and the garden. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin and a bathtub.
Outdoors the villa has a private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas next to the spacious flower gardens and the trees. A children’s playground is available. There is also a fully equipped barbecue, and various seating areas. A terrace with unobstructed views is featured.
