The villa has its own pool and is a short walk away from the resort's clubhouse (with restaurant and cocktail bar) and large communal pool (approximately 25 metres in length).

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have use of a shower room off the landing.
The living area has access to pool terrace and a guest WC is also located on the same level. A dining table (to seat 6) is located next to the kitchen.
The villa has a large garden and a pool which is approximately 6 metres x 3 metres x 1.55 metres deep. A BBQ and outdoor shower are also provided, together with a shaded dining area.
Kalkan center is only a 5 minute drive away.
