It dates from former times around 1900, when the ochre-bricks were ground to powder in this typical very long barn with one open side facing the quarry. In the 1980's an architect transformed a part of it into a main house and a workshop.
The mainhouse (app 180 sqm) comprises at the ground floor a very spacious living/dining room with a kitchen and a shower room as well as a gorgeous veranda overlooking the garden. On the first floor you'll find a lovely office, two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Via a covered terrace (34 sqm) you get to the former workshop, which nowadays is a huge loft (app 135 sqm) with a kitchen, convertible bedroom and a showerroom.
The rest of the huge barn (170 sqm) has been untouched and awaits your projects, like e.g. rentals, workshops, yoga, garages etc.
