Access to the plot is via a private driveway, on the road linking Kokkini to Vigla.
The plot has a steady incline and the further up the better the sea views become. The land enjoys morning sunrises over the mountains of Albania, and retains the sun for most of the day and into the evening.
A lovely spot for a holiday home as it is within an easy drive to all the beaches along this coastline, the closest being Kouloura and Kalami which are a 10/15 minute drive away.
