An absolutely wonderful opportunity to acquire a large Village house with an opportunity to rent out the main house or village cottage in the heart of this lovely Village.

Tucked up a country lane just off the main thoroughfare of this peaceful setting, the House is completely secluded on all sides.

The main house is stunning inside and boasts a wealth of stone which can best be appreciated from the many photographs we have here. The property is arranged on two level and consists of an open plan beautifully fitted kitchen and a spacious living room with a high ceiling and a feature archway, 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and two bathrooms.

In the grounds there is also a small detached one bedroom cottage, consisting of one double bedroom, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette, in need of renovation. This is absolutely perfect for guests or even holiday let. A large storeroom has also been converted to living accommodation, but this could easily be removed should the new Owners want more garden space or to add a swimming pool.

The house has provision for central heating and air conditioning, whether as a weekend retreat or as a permanent residence this home is primed to become a stunning residence. On both the ground and first floor there are large terraces to maximise outdoor living.

Pachna is a village in the Limassol District of the Republic of Cyprus. It is situated on the south slopes of the Troödos mountain range at an altitude of 745 m. Neighbouring villages are Prastio, Avdimou, Anogyra, Dora, St Amvrosios and Kissousa.

The village has two main churches, St George (Ayios Yeorgios) and St Paul (Apostolos Pavlos). The first primary school was established in 1855 and moved to its current location in 1938. Most of these older buildings (and many houses) are built in the local Pachna stone which has its own unique chalky yellow character. There are some traditional tavernas and coffee shops and the Village retains its eternal charm.

ABSOLUTELY MUST BE VIEWED TO FULLY APPRECIATE THE ACCOMMODATION AND LETTING OPPORTUNITY.
