Jolly Harbour with its international supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and golf course is only about ten minutes drive and the international airport about half an hour away and St. John's about 20 minutes.
The villa is arranged over three floors set into the side of a hill with the upper two floor being the family accommodation and occupying the lower floor is a very pleasantly arranged two bedroom apartment which can be used as guest accommodation or additional income.
The main floor can be approached either from the ground at the driveway level or via the magnificent external staircase to the front elevation. On this floor, are the main reception rooms including large L-shaped lounge and separate dining room and 4th bedroom which can be used as a study. Opposite the study/bedroom is a shower room. A large well fitted kitchen leads off the dining room and there is a good sided veranda for al fresco dining.
A substantial staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor which has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms plus three balconies. The master bedroom has a very large en-suite comprising five pieces including a bidet.
