The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for 6. On the top floor, the master bedroom has a beautiful canopy double bedroom, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath!

This maisonette accommodates 2-4 persons.



The Big House

The largest of the three maisonettes contains 105 sqm living space and combines traditional and high-end architecture. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available, together with a spacious living area and a fully-equipped open kitchen with a large dining table for eight, is the perfect base for unforgettable escapees in the heart of Cretan nature. On the ground floor, a stone-built fireplace adds to the relaxing atmosphere and a welcoming leather sofa and armchair are a promise of leisure. On the same level, there is a bedroom with two twin beds, an armchair (that turns into a single bed), and a bathroom with a bathtub. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The master bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom with a bathtub are located there. There is access to a small terrace with a wood-burning oven and a BBQ. In the upcoming months, the owner plans to build a swim-spa of 2,5x5m. This maisonette accommodates 4-6 persons.



The manor has a common area of around 70 sqm on the ground floor. It was designed to become a spa room, so the floor is premade for such alteration and it's possible to add a kitchen and a toilet as well. All bedrooms have natural-colored oak wood for their floorings.



Location

In the hinterland of Crete, 24 km away from the town of Chania, southbound deep in the scenic Keritis valley at 572m high and at the beginning of the White Mountains, lies a small village named Zourva.



Zourva can be reached by following two different routes- either through the scenic, historical Therissos ravine or via Meskla, a village of a long-standing tradition. The surrounding area is brilliant for outdoor activities such as trekking and hiking.
