There is plenty of horse-riding, wonderful walking and cycling trails, swimming and boating in nearby lakes and rivers. Fishing is also a common pastime in this area.

The beautiful 15 Fontenay-le-Comte is just 15mins away and La Rochelle on the coast is just an hour's drive. This is a great spot to explore.
