The property is located above Kalamar Bay, within walking distance of the Kalamar Beach Club, local bars, shops and restaurants. Kalkan centre, harbour and town beach are approximately a 2-minute drive away (or a 15-20 minute walk downhill).
The layout is arranged over three floors as follows:
Ground floor:
The first of the villa’s 5 bedrooms can be found on this level –
Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors from this bedroom open out onto the villa’s pool terrace.
The open plan living area is a large, light filled space comprising of a well-equipped kitchen that features an island with electric hob. A water cooler, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, built in microwave and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and extractor fan above the hob are also provided. The dining table is an extension of the island unit and seats 8 guests. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a TV.
Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
There is also a WC on this level.
First floor:
The main entrance to the villa is located on this level, together with three bedrooms:
Bedroom 2 - Master double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and Jacuzzi. Sea view balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 3 – Double bedroom (four poster) with TV and en-suite shower room. Sea view balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Juliette balcony.
A washing machine, drier, ironing board and iron can be found in a cupboard on the landing.
Second floor:
Bedroom 5 – Double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. This bedroom leads out onto a roof terrace which has far-reaching views, a bar area (with fridge and sink) and comfortable seating set. The perfect spot from which to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the views.
Outside the villa:
Large infinity-edged swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area and a shallow area. Adjoining the pool is a sunken seating area where guests can take in the infinity pool views without being in the pool itself.
Sun-loungers and parasols are provided, together with an al-fresco dining and comfortable seating areas set beneath shady pergolas. A BBQ and a poolside shower are also available, together with table tennis and table football.
