The house is unique in its kind, built in a cave passing through several levels with an area of approximately 200 square meters and thanks to its uniqueness it has been published in various international sector magazines. The house faces south-east and the view from the terrace is spectacular. The restoration was carried out with great taste and with particular attention to the style of the island and this has given the place an absolutely unique magic and charm. The house consists of several airy and ventilated rooms dug into the rock which has been covered with a material that allows it to be completely free of humidity. The house inside is furnished with masonry seats and beds and consists of an entrance to the living room with a perfectly equipped kitchen, a second large open-space living room with 3 single sofa beds and a double one overlooking the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. In addition, a mezzanine with a private terrace and a single bed overlooking the living room. Finally, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower and a third bathroom.
In total the beds are: 3 double and 4 single. To this are added niches and built-in wardrobes, an internal storage and an external storage room. The floors are in 18th century Neapolitan Riggiole alternating with white resin
