This property is only five minutes from Ansião, and set in a beautiful, quiet location giving that tranquil feeling of being in the remote countryside. There are electric and water mains connections nearby so it would not be difficult to get the house connected. It would need a full rebuild. The beautiful city of Coimbra, Portugal's third biggest city, is only 30 minutes away. The River Mondega winds its way through the city which adds to its charm. Figueira da Foz is only 45 minutes away. Its nickname, Rainha das Praias (Queen of Beaches), leaves us in no doubt as to the main attraction at Figueira da Foz. Its large beach is very popular for surfing or simply soaking up the rays of Figueira's apparently above-average amount of sunshine .

Porto is around an hour and 30 minutes away, and Lisbon is around a 1 hour 45 minutes' drive.
