The apartment is located in the new part of town in a house which is divided into two apartments, this one being on the first and second floors. One room is located in the eves and has restricted head height. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket as well as local cafe bars and restaurants. Several beaches are also within a few minutes walk away.

The accommodation is flexible and is currently loosely arranged as two separate apartments with four bedrooms and two reception rooms as well as two shower rooms.
