Location: in the area of Areia Branca very close to the beach. A beautiful sandy beach is only 5 minutes walking distance from the property. There is a fantastic beach café with great light lunch menu and dining options. Area is a very ideal and safe place for the families with the children. There is also a surf school whom are interested.
If you are keen to the tennis and the tennis courts are situated in Pedroa which is only a 5 minute drive and tennis lessons are in place for all ages. Villas rented to the holiday makers around 825 Euros per week during the low season and 1,250 Euros on high season. This might be another good reason why you should invest in this location.
