This mini town presents 44 units: maisonettes and terraced apartments with fantastic views of the mountains, sea and the village. Three blocks with two bedroom apartments are designed so that all ground floor apartments have their own plot of land - from 121m² to 309 m². The total area of each apartment is starting from 100 m².In Cyprus two-level detached apartments with their own plots of land are called maisonettes. On the ground floor there is a living room, hall and the kitchen; on the first floor – the bedrooms. Each level has got bathrooms with WCs. In the heart of our mini-town there is an Olympic-size swimming pool with patio (large outdoor patio) and well maintained green area.The Resort is located at the entrance to Pissouri village and very close to the National Century Park, which deserves to be told about in details. It is the largest (7.5 hectares) National Park in Cyprus.A walk in the park will give aesthetic pleasure and will at the same time be educational. Here you will make an excursion into the history of Cyprus visiting the stations depicting handicrafts of the villagers in the past and nowadays. Specially positioned information board will show flora and fauna map of Cyprus. Your kids may play at the playgrounds and after that the whole family may go to the lake to enjoy the shadow of the trees around. Your pets may walk together with you and nobody will ever reproach you with damaging ecology - there is dogs’ toilet here. If you want to cook meat on charcoal – there are specially equipped places in the park. There will be everything for a good rest and sports in the Century Park.Next to our mini-town you will find shops and all the necessary facilities, including banks, hairdressers, medical institutions and much more.
