Pedro Álvares Cabral Complex. For Pedro Álvares Cabral borders were enemies of dreams. Distances, simple obstcles which were there to be overcome. He left in hope of reaching India and ended up landing in Vera Cruz Surprising. Unforseeable. Unexpected. The architecture represented by his thesis is shadowed in the design of this truly unique piece of architecture.
