If you want something full of character that will appeal to everyone then this is just about perfect. This is a very successful B and B in the small hamlet of Los Rios with high ratings on here. There are 2 ensuite double bedrooms, both with baths and showers, plus a 3rd double bedroom currently used by the owner but can be added to any booking as an extra bedroom. Here is the special bit, in the outside garden area there is a separate cottage that once reformed could be made into a 1 bedroom self catering cottage with kitchen diner, bedroom and bathroom...so perfect for owners to use as personal private living cottage, meaning you can then rent out the entire house to families looking for self catering, or still use as a B and B but giving owners total privacy as this cottage has its own access from the main road. You enter the property off the main road into a lovely hallway with door to a sitting room and also a charming dining room. Then there is a 2nd sitting room with 2 lots of steps at the back - one to the andalucian kitchen and one set to a large bathroom. This sitting room also has a wood burner that heats upstairs too. There is also a door leading to the utility area with chest freezer and washing machine etc. Then up to the 1st floor with the 3 bedrooms - 2 having their own bathrooms, and a door to the large outside terrace with views over the countryside plus an above ground pool at the back. There is also access to the cottage from here that has its own garden area plus there is a chicken coup at the back. The property also has its own garage which is mainly used to store the wood for the log burner. As a B and B etc this is perfect, but would also make an ideal family home & holiday home.There is lots of character with beamed ceilings and lovely tiled floors etc...all electrics are updated too and its being sold fully furnished. The local bar is a short walk. The town of Almedinilla is just 5 mins drive and the village of Sileras is not far.
