Two plots, not adjoining, but only 20 meters apart.
Both border the Zêzere River and both face, to the east, a forest road and to the southwest, the Zêzere River.
Both devoid of pine and eucalyptus trees. They only have a few arbutus trees.
With two accesses by dirt road for 1.7 km, but with possible access with a light car that is not too low. For an easier access, it is advisable to do the track with a 4×4 vehicle.

You can access it with your own boat, coming from the Clube Náutico in Pedrogão Grande (15 km upriver) or from the future pontoon for boats that is being installed in Vilar da Amoreira (just 2 km from both lands).
