The door opens into a long hallway, with a window to the right as you enter. Along the hallway several doors open into the bedrooms and a storage room.
The first bedroom is to the right, a spacious double, with two large built-in wardrobes with over- head storage, downlights, and a window with insect screen and blackout blind.
The next door to the right opens into the second bedroom, this is also a large double with down lights, a large freestanding wardrobe, and French doors with Juliet balcony and blackout blind, which allows natural light to illuminate the room.
The last bedroom is another generous double, with down lights, three free standing wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a window with insect screen and blackout blind.

The lounge is accessed via a partially glazed door at the end of the hallway. The lounge like every other room in the apartment is very spacious, and bright with down lights, A.C, a window with insect screen and reja, and patio doors with blackout blind leading to the balcony.
There is ample room on the balcony for tables and chairs, with views over the roof-tops to the mountains, and from here you can see how close you are to the local amenities.

Puerto de Mazarrón is a sunny harbour town on the Costa Cálida. Popular with residents who want to escape the winter blues in the cold north, Mazarron is considered an insider tip. The province of Murcia and the Costa Cálida are among the less developed tourist regions, which adds to its charm. It is hotter, sunnier than elsewhere in Spain. You can bathe extensively on over 30 beaches in and around the Mediterranean town and practice water sports all year round. The harbour town attracts many people with its fine sandy beaches and exciting excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
There are three more areas along the coast namely Bolnuevo, Isla Plana and La Azohia. If you prefer the tranquillity of the mountains the Sierra Espuña National Park can be reached within 40 minutes, with several small villages being reached within 20 minutes. The transport network in the area is excellent.
