A very spacious apartment situated in Puerto De Mazarrón, just a short walk to the local bars, shops, restaurants, and beach, this property is in a great location, with monthly communal fees of only 35Euro’s.
Vehicle access is via an automated garage door which opens into the off-road parking area, where this apartment is allocated a parking space, along with a small storage room. Internal stairs lead to the first-floor apartment, there is no lift.
The main pedestrian entrance is via a large, metal door with an intercom system. The door opens to low level marble steps which lead to a large hallway, with wall mounted P.O boxes to the right. The main staircase is around the corner and leads to the first floor.
The apartment is located at the end of the hallway, there’s a window which allows natural light to flood in, and entrance to the apartment via a wooden door. The door opens into a long hallway, with a window to the right as you enter. Along the hallway several doors open into the bedrooms and a storage room.
The first bedroom is to the right, a spacious double, with two large built-in wardrobes with over- head storage, downlights, and a window with insect screen and blackout blind.
The next door to the right opens into the second bedroom, this is also a large double with down lights, a large freestanding wardrobe, and French doors with Juliet balcony and blackout blind, which allows natural light to illuminate the room.
The last bedroom is another generous double, with down lights, three free standing wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a window with insect screen and blackout blind.
The family bathroom is fabulous, and has been reformed to a very high standard, fully tiled and comprises of a large walk-in shower with sliding, glass doors, and a raindrop shower, vanity unit with sink, large wall mounted mirror with cabinet, small electric heater, and a small, frosted glass window.
There is another door along the hallway which opens into a useful storage room, and further along to the left a partially glazed door opens into the kitchen.
The kitchen is spacious, with a good range of base and wall mounted units, with white shaker style doors, fresh, white tiled splashbacks with modern, black border tile, contrasting, black granite worktops, stainless steel sink, electric oven, electric ceramic hob, extractor, American style fridge, fridge freezer, a window with insect screen and blackout blind, and a glazed door opening into the utility room.
The utility room has a double stainless-steel sink, useful storage, gas hob, and houses the washing machine.
The lounge is accessed via a partially glazed door at the end of the hallway. The lounge like every other room in the apartment is very spacious, and bright with down lights, A.C, a window with insect screen and reja, and patio doors with blackout blind leading to the balcony.
There is ample room on the balcony for tables and chairs, with views over the roof-tops to the mountains, and from here you can see how close you are to the local amenities.
Puerto de Mazarrón is a sunny harbour town on the Costa Cálida. Popular with residents who want to escape the winter blues in the cold north, Mazarron is considered an insider tip. The province of Murcia and the Costa Cálida are among the less developed tourist regions, which adds to its charm. It is hotter, sunnier than elsewhere in Spain. You can bathe extensively on over 30 beaches in and around the Mediterranean town and practice water sports all year round. The harbour town attracts many people with its fine sandy beaches and exciting excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
There are three more areas along the coast namely Bolnuevo, Isla Plana and La Azohia. If you prefer the tranquillity of the mountains the Sierra Espuña National Park can be reached within 40 minutes, with several small villages being reached within 20 minutes. The transport network in the area is excellent.
