The main floor can be approached either from the ground at the driveway level or via the magnificent external staircase to the front elevation. A large well fitted kitchen leads off the dining room and there is a good sided veranda for al fresco dining.
A substantial staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor which has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms plus three balconies. The master bedroom has a very large en-suite comprising five pieces including a bidet.
The lower floor has a well fitted two bedroom apartment each with an en-suite shower room. The kitchen/living room is compact but well provided for with cooking, eating and sitting areas.
