A stone house on 3 floors in the center of Šibenik, in the Varoš area, is being put up for sale, with a total area of 120 m2 and a small courtyard used as a parking lot, which is the biggest advantage in this part of the city.
The house spans multiple floors. On the ground floor, with a separate entrance from the street, there is a commercial space with a bathroom, covering an area of 40 m2.
The covered courtyard serves as a parking space, and separate entrances with exterior stairs lead to two more floors where there is one apartment on each floor. Additionally, there is an attic that can be connected to the upper floor.
