This modern villa is located on the slopes of a small hill with open and stunning sea views, a short drive from the most beautiful beach in the area. It is 7 km away from the small, Mediterranean town of Omiš and the river Cetina and approx. 30 minutes drive from Split, town under UNESCO protection, and 45 minutes from Split airport.
It is oriented to the south, ie to the Adriatic Sea and islands.
Due to the construction of the terrain, the villa was built in a cascade amnner, on three floors, connected by internal and external stairs.
On the first, ground floor, there is a swimming pool of 33 m2 with a built-in massage system and an outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a teak sundeck and an outdoor dining area, and offers complete privacy and spectacular views of the sea and islands.
Inside the ground floor there are two en suite bedrooms, with private bathrooms and open sea views. There is also a children’s playroom here.
The internal stairs lead to the middle level, ie the second floor of the villa. This space features an air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining room, and a guest toilet. On this floor there is also an outdoor dining area, outdoor jacuzzi, and an additional indoor dining area with electric grill and home wine cellar.
On the highest level, ie the third floor, there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and air-conditioned recreational, fitness area.
