The house itself features some traditional stone walling. It is at the end of a dirt road, in a peaceful & private area having no immediate neighbours. It is in a convenient position within a half hour walk of the main port of Patitiri & is the same distance from the popular characterful Old Village of Alonnisos. The nearest beach is a 10min drive or a 30min walk.
There are front steps leading up to a large balcony & the the main front door. On entering the hallway to one side through an arched recess are 2 double bedrooms. The rear bedroom has an en suite bathroom & a private patio. Between the two bedrooms is a family bathroom.

On the upper level there is a spacious lounge with a traditional fireplace and wooden beamed ceiling. Patio doors lead from this to a balcony with sea views. There is a 3rd single bedroom/study to the rear.
The house has insulation, double glazing & is built to earthquake standards. It is suitable for year round living having oil fired central heating and a large white ceramic wood burning stove. It has many windows so is very light & airy. The owners have loved living here since building it 16 years ago.
Outside there are patios and garden areas surrounding the property with many different sitting & dining areas. There are also two storage rooms and a car port.
The swimming pool is situated on the terrace below the house. It is 8 x 4 metres , has steps into the shallow end & graduates to 1.9 metres deep, & is surrounded by patio. There is a lovely open sea view from the pool.
