LOCATION: this property is located on the hills of Monopoli, specifically on the Sant'Oronzo mountains, a dominant position from which it is possible to admire the entire Adriatic coast. Reachable only via a country dirt road, not easily accessible.
DESCRIPTION: the sale includes two independent stone buildings. The first unit includes a group of trulli while the second unit is a stone lamia. In the trulli part, there are five cones within which there is a central area that acts as a living area connecting with the kitchenette where there is currently a fireplace and oven.
