All apartments that we have in stock are located in Central Athens in residential areas very close to main tourist attractions, metro stations, coffee shops and usually minutes away from high streets.
We have the following business model: we purchase apartments, fully renovate and furnish them, then we rent them out on short or long term basis and we have a team to fully manage it for our investors.
We have strict commercial criteria when buying the properties so it can generate uninterrupted steady income for investors. Depending on the property location and features (garden, street access, number of people it can accommodate) we chose the optimal rent model: through Airbnb/Booking or for long-term. The goal we pursue is to generate maximum ROI for investors.
Every month we bring 3-4 new units to the market. Should investor wish to grow their rental portfolio, we are here to support with continuously updated stock.
We also work on custom requirements from investors to build real estate portfolio in Athens.
