This centrally located studio apartment is rented for €395/month and generates 7.29% gross rental yield. This yield can be further maximised if a buyer chooses to manage the rental property themselves. If you decide to keep the management of the property with us, we charge 10% for long-term and 20% for short term properties management.

The main goal we pursue is to generate maximum ROI for investors. After purchase, the buyer can choose themselves how they want to use/manage the apartment.
