This centrally located studio apartment is rented for €395/month and generates 7.29% gross rental yield. This yield can be further maximised if a buyer chooses to manage the rental property themselves. If you decide to keep the management of the property with us, we charge 10% for long-term and 20% for short term properties management.

All apartments that we have in stock are located in Central Athens in residential areas very close to main tourist attractions, metro stations, coffee shops and usually minutes away from high streets.

We have the following business model: we purchase apartment, fully renovate and furnish them, then we rent them out on short or long term basis and manage. We have strict commercial criteria when buying the properties so it can generate uninterrupted steady income for investors. Depending on the property location and features (garden, street access, number of people it can accommodate) we chose the optimal rent model: through Airbnb/Booking or for long-term. The main goal we pursue is to generate maximum ROI for investors. After purchase, the buyer can choose themselves how they want to use/manage the apartment. We would be happy to provided full management service including finding/replacing tenants, maintenance, rent collection and payout.
