Descripción completa
Extender Immobilier presents its Coup de Coeur, a superb property in a Campagne Chic decor, combining panoramic views, tranquility, modern and meticulous fittings, in a pastoral and flowering setting a few minutes from the town center and amenities in Flayosc.
This architect-designed single-storey villa of 206 m2 is built on a 2300 m2 plot. The landscaped aspect is splendid: wisteria, centuries-old olive trees, mimosa, pomegranate, cypress columns, ... Provence in its garden, the pool 10x4 is surrounded by terraces in IP. The garden offers different shaded areas, a boule area, a greenhouse to develop... follow this vegetated rampart path that will lead you to discover these various corners.
The villa, totally renovated and enlarged in 2015, comprises a generous entrance with closet and guest toilets. A bright living room open to the gardens, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a utility room. A lounge open to this sublime veranda, a true centerpiece that blurs the boundaries between inside and outside. A second small cocooning lounge around a wood stove. Then this comfortable and warm library... about 100 m2 of single-storey living space.
On the night side, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, including a suite with its private bathroom, the 27 m2 master suite with bedroom, dressing, bathroom and independent WC, then another bathroom and another toilet.
All these south-facing rooms are extended by terraces, pergolas, a lush Mediterranean garden and this omnipresent view of the surrounding wooded hills.
The fittings live up to the property: underfloor heating and cooling by PAC, thermodynamic hot water tank, anthracite aluminum bays with pocket doors, electric rolling shutters in part, designer bathrooms, various decorative niches... A pool protected by an immersed cover, orientable Unopiu pergolas...
A double carport extended by storage will protect your vehicles from the sun.
