The Casita is reached first when entering the plot the property sits in and has two entrances, one front facing and one rear. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a landing area with front facing French doors leading to a Juliette balcony, again with stunning views. To the right there is a large double bedroom, very light and French doors with fly screens leading out to a large private raised sun terrace ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and the views.

Further along the hallway to the left there is the family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit and double sinks, wc, heated towel rail and a beautiful slipper bath. There are beamed ceilings and two picture windows allowing lots of light in and offering stunning views.
