The land is on three terraces which can be cultivated and has approximately 30 producing olive trees and a few other fruit trees including lemon, cherry, fig and chestnut. There is also animal housing which needs some renovation. Water comes from a strong flowing water mine of spring water. Electricity is on mains supply.
The house is situated in a small hamlet of 4 houses on a cul de sac. It is a 5km drive to the nearest village of Cruz do Fundao which has a café and mini market. To the south is Serta 18km/25minutes, a medium sized town with schools, college, shops and banks. To the north Oleiros 15Km/20minutes which also has schools, banks and grocery stores.
