Tulip House has lots to offer as a year round home or a holiday property, located in a residential area not far from amenities and the marina at Gouvia.
With two floors, the lower level has a pretty patio leading into the kitchen. Modern units and appliances are built along one wall, and there is a dining table in the centre of the room. A modern shower room is off the kitchen, and a large double bedroom to one side.
From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads up to the sunny sitting room. This has a terrace to the front of the house, and another door leading out to another terrace at the back. Another bedroom is to the side, also with a terrace, and a further shower room.
The house has been built in a large plot of land and has mature gardens and lawns surrounding it. The swimming pool is tiled and surrounded by a patio for sunbathing.
There is also an attractive covered outside dining area for with a barbeque and another larger area for larger parties. Thoughtfully laid out to take advantage of sun or shade, there are several other places to sit outside.
The house has central heating and air-conditioning, and there is an automatic watering system in place. This is a much loved home, and has been very carefully maintained over the years so is in excellent condition.
