The property is located in a very peaceful location on a dead-end lane that leads into the forest and the old mine workings. The cottage itself was originally the mine workers canteen building! It is rural but accessible. The lakeside town of Huelgoat , with its lively weekly market, restaurants, bars and daily amenities is just 5 minutes by car. Larger towns such as Morlaix, with its TGV links , and Carhaix are 30 minutes. Brest airport and the ferry port of Roscoff are under an hour away as are the beaches of the north and west coats.
