Location: set on the upper slopes of this traditional village, Nio Chorio is famous for being particularly green surrounded by rivers and lush avocado, orange, grapefruit and olive groves, and excellent water quality. The village has many amenities and is all year round working rather than catering to tourism. Kalives beach is 10 minutes drive, national highway is 5 minutes drive, Chania is 25 minutes drive.

The house in its current condition is habitable but even with simple upgrades to the kitchen and the addition of an indoor bathroom would be an incredible character property in a lovely location.
