Two very nice pools, a tennis-court and a gym make it the ideal place to enjoy the long sunny days. Condominium fees are 100 euros per month.
The distance to the closest super-market and coffee shop is only 400 meters. Gran Plaza shopping center is 800 meters and the Roman Bridge only 1,5kms.
