The villa
The villa features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a built area of 315 m2 on a generous plot of 7000 m2. The design of the house is modern but maintains the traditional Balearic style through the use of natural elements, providing a good balance between a luxurious and serene living experience. The house is designed in a calm, minimalist style, with a neutral color palette such as whitewashed walls combined with natural stone and warm wood creating a cozy yet chic atmosphere. The main house is spread over one floor, where you enter the central living and dining area. The living area has a cozy fireplace and large glass doors that let in an abundance of natural light and lead to the beautiful tropical garden. The well-equipped, sun-drenched spacious kitchen has a luxurious kitchen bar with high ceilings and a large integrated dining table with seating for up to 12 people. Four bedrooms can be found in the main house and the 5th in the detached guest house. The bedrooms are all in the style of breezy and understated elegance. The spacious master bedroom has its own fireplace, terrace and ensuite bathroom with a unique stone corner bathtub. The separate 47 m2 guest house has two bedrooms, private garden terrace and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor spaces
The garden of this estate is a true tropical paradise; you don't have to leave the grounds for a retreat-like experience while overlooking the countryside and the hilltops of Ibiza. Surrounding the house are many shaded areas for lounging and where you will always find a suitable spot to enjoy the luxurious outdoors. The large, well-kept garden has a large lawn and a diverse collection of flora; from ancient olive trees to tall palm trees and rows of tall cypress trees adding a sense of serene seclusion. The villa's curved saltwater pool is perfect to cool off, before returning to one of the many sunbeds around the pool, the hammock or the covered Bali bed. Next to the pool is a casita with an outdoor kitchen and coal barbecue, with a spacious dining area where a large sunshade provides shade and where you can enjoy unforgettable alfresco dinners with friends and family.
