On the lower level, the house has rooms that adapt to the personality of its occupants. It could become a space for personal care and growth or a work space. In summer, the shade of the porch protects the interior from the heat and the wind that comes from the bay, the "embat" (a Mallorquín breeze), refreshes us every midday with the smell of the sea.
