The estate was formerly used to house animals, store olives and hay, and provided shelter to farmers and their families. The third dwelling on this level is the main farmhouse with its fully covered terrace, which not only provides much-needed shade, but is also ideal for outdoor seating or dining on those rare rainy days. This area has ample seating and dining space ideal for large parties. From here you enter the farmhouse where you step straight into the kitchen, which is the heart of the house with its double Belfast sinks, cooker with double-oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and wood-burning stove. There are two further separate rooms leading directly from the kitchen. A few steps down from the kitchen is the large family bathroom, which was once the goat shed. This has a bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink and separate shower. Up a flight of stairs is a double bedroom, originally the old hay-loft. Then, from a small landing, the spiral staircase leads to a further lounge area. From here you can enter the very spacious master bedroom with walk-in dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, bidet, sink and toilet. This bedroom has double doors opening onto a large private, partially shaded, thermal sun terrace.


Externally, steps to your right lead down to a further property, just off another large terrace, which is currently used for storage, but would be ideal for conversion to a further casita.


Finally, at the end of the terraces, accessed through a gateway and up a flight of stairs, sits a detached house offering two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen/diner and large lounge with log-burner, with an outdoor, fenced area.
